ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT Participate in adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the Chapel one or two days per week. Participants generally sign up for a recurring one hour slot at the same time each week. Take time to pray for your special intentions and the needs and intentions of our parish, nation and world. Be open to God's plan for your own life. It's also an opportunity to unite in friendship and understanding with other members of the community. We constantly need adorers and especially substitutes to fill in on short notice. You are welcome to drop in at any time. Remember, Jesus prayed constantly and showed us how to pray. Mondays 7pm in the PoP Parlor Contact: Teresa Ostrem 266-6201 or email THE BIBLE: PLAIN and SIMPLE Experience and learn the Bible, verse-by-verse from Genesis to Revelation from a noted Biblical Scholar, Holy Land guide and UCLA Literature Professor, Dr. William Creasy. The class consists of 500 hours of recorded college-level lectures, plus 800 pages of outlines, bibliographies, maps and supplementary material at no charge. We are currently studying Joshua, then Judges. Approximately 20-30 people in our parish are devoted to these weekly instructions.
