Assure preparations for Mass are completed including altar setup, greeters, liturgical ministers, etc.

Proclaimer of the Word Lectors
Prepare to powerfully and prayerfully proclaim the Word of God as assigned at Sunday Masses [about every 5-10 weeks]
and other Liturgical celebrations.

ART and ENVIRONMENT
Provide flower arrangements and decorations to enhance our liturgical celebrations consistent with the church calendar.
Allow at least one hour per month on Saturday mornings and additional hours at the start of liturgical seasons with a
commitment of one year.

Altar Servers
Help Coordinator arrange Credence table before Mass. Provide direct assistance to Celebrant including
procession according to established ritual. Also, serve at special liturgies including Weddings and Funerals by arrangement.

Greeters/Ushers
Arrive early to greet worshipers, pass out Missals and seat as necessary. Take up the collection, direct communion and pass out bulletins after Mass.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
 Share the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ with fellow worshippers. Serve according to monthly schedule approximately every 3-5 weeks. Sign in before Mass and substitute as necessary.

Scheduler of Liturgical Ministers
Prepare a monthly schedule for Liturgical Ministers [includes Mass Coordinators, Greeters/Ushers, Proclaimers
of the Word, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion and Altar Servers]. This includes emailing volunteers,
presenting a copy to the Parish Office and uploading the schedule to the parish website. Also, maintain a roster
of volunteers, including choir members.
