Monthly Rosary & May Crowning
Friday, May 18th

Plan to take part in our parish monthly Family Rosary on Friday, May 18th at 7pm in the Sanctuary. Join us in a short prayer service and song with your family, friends and community. You're welcome to bring others who may wish to take part. And if you can't make it, there's rosary after weekday Masses, too.

Vacation Bible School Registration
May 20th after Masses

SONRISE Vacation Bible School will be held from 8:45 until noon, July 23-27th. Children from Kinder to 5th grade are eligible.
We will have a great time listening to Bible stories, singing, watching skits, creating crafts and playing games. Best of all, we'll discover how Jesus provides what we truly need in every challenge of our life. So join us at SonRise National Park.

Prince of Peace ACTS Retreats

Twenty-seven men and over 30 team attended the Prince of Peace ACTS retreat at the Madonna Center on April 19-22. It was a most spirit filled sharing of the good news of Jesus Christ with praise, song, discipleship and prayer. Men were touched by this experience in their walk with Christ.
Mark your Calendar: A Women's ACTS retreat is scheduled for October 11-14, 2012. Contact Angie Dafoe 720-3888. More information later.


Lenten Farm Project

Seventy Farm project collection boxes were received for a total of $3101.12 which will be donated to Food for the Poor to sponsor farms for poor familes. Thank you for your generous support!


Thursday Women's Ministry

The Women's Ministry Book Study meets bi-weekly on Thursdays at 7pm. We are currently studying the mini-book, "Mary" in the book, "Lineage of Grace" by Francine Rivers starting on April 19th. Spring meetings continue May 3, 17 & 31 before the summer break. Please contact Stephanie Witkowski at 271-1691 for more information.


Monday Bible Study

Study the Bible - Books of Ezekiel and Daniel next... What a great opportunity to learn your faith as taught verse-by-verse from Genesis to Revelation. You will learn the Bible from 4 different aspects: the Bible as Geography, History, Literature and as the Word of God. This is an ongoing class, but there is plenty of review.
"The Bible: Plain and Simple" with Dr. Bill Creasy is held in the San Antonio Room Mondays at 7pm. This Class is GUARANTEED to enrich your knowledge and your faith life.

Participate in our Eucharistic Adoration and take time to worship and listen to God's direction for your life. sign up for an hour each week or if you're busy, share an hour (30 minutes each with a friend). We especially need someone from 12:30-1:30pm on Wednesdays and on Fridays from 9:30-10:30am. Call Chris Sena at 828-9495.

Women's Ministry Clothing Drive
Month of May

Help us celebrate the month of May and honor our Blessed Mother by helping mothers and mothers-to-be. The Women's Ministry is again collecting items to help mothers and their infants and young children. Everything will be donated to either Birthright (maternity and infant items) or All Faiths Receiving Home (items for older babies and toddlers.
Needs include:
Formula and diapers
Layette articles
New or gently used clothing for infants through toddlers
New or gently used maternity clothing
Please help us to support women who have made the choice for life. Look for our poster and drop-off site at the back of church or in the community room. For questions, contact Annette at 917-4026.


Catholicism Video Series

Support for Children of Divorced/Separated

Family Life of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe is sponsoring a support group for children of the divorced and separated, thanks to the financial assistance of the Catholic Foundation.

Host a Catholic Foreign Exchange Student

The Center for Cultural Interchange is seeking New Mexico Families to host Catholic exchange students from Europe, Latin America and Asia for our academic year program.
